I always calls Michael my Favorite. “You’re my Favorite,” I say. I wants to know who YOUR Favorite is. Maybe it’s your spouse, maybe it’s your partner, it could even be your favorite child! I'm kidding. I know you love all of your children equally (**wink wink**). But, maybe you have an Only. Or, maybe you’re a mother and you just want a beautiful portrait of you and your daughter without the boys. This is a judgement-free zone, I just want to create a gorgeous portrait with someone you love.

One of my favorite childhood photos is a black-and-white of me with my beloved Buttons, the raccoon. I have no idea where Buttons is now, but you can bet I have that photograph. This one-of-a-kind commemorative session features your child and their favorite toy in a timeless black-and-white portrait. Maybe it’s a stuffed animal they can’t go to bed without. Maybe it’s a blanket that accompanies them everywhere they go (ok, that’s not exactly a toy but you get the idea!). I want to create a portrait featuring that object you’ll always remember when you think back on their childhood. (The rattier, the better!)

I was never good at sports. I tried gymnastics…no go. I tried soccer…that lasted one season. I did, however, excel in music and I played the flute from the 5th grade up until I graduated from high school. But, the only photographs I have of me doing what I loved for those 8 years are the small, out of focus ones my parents took at my school band concerts. I wish I had a proper portrait with the thing that played such a big role in my growing up. Is there a sport, hobby, or specific interest that your child loves at this time in their life? Maybe they’re a reader. Maybe they love chess. Maybe they play a sport or a musical instrument. No obsession is too big or too small for these special portraits.
